Please work out your scores based on how you are honestly feeling about this match. It's important to do your post-match assessment whilst the match is still fresh in your mind, and to submit your scores and feedback within 48hrs of the match day. Thanks!
Hopefully you had a positive and happy experience with your last match, but if this isn't the case, then read carefully through the following:
THERE ARE NO FEELINGS THAT YOU CAN EXPERIENCE BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER A TENNIS MATCH, THAT ARE NOT PERFECTLY NORMAL, AND THAT HAVEN'T BEEN EXPERIENCED BY THOUSANDS OF OTHER TENNIS PLAYERS AT ALL AGES AND LEVELS. EVERY PRO PLAYER WILL HAVE SCORED ZERO'S AT SOME POINT IN THEIR CAREER. WE CAN WORK TO FIX THIS NO MATTER WHAT IS CAUSING IT. WE CAN ALSO WORK TO OVERCOME NEGATIVE FEELINGS, WHEN YOU CAN EXPRESS THEM HONESTLY AND AS CLEARLY AS YOU CAN.
Also understand that any score is possible with any result. You could have high scores after losing a match, as well as low scores after winning a match.
Come up with a score for the first half of the match, AND a score for the second half of match for these 5 things. If it was the same score for the whole match, then just send one score. You can also write some words after your score if you feel it would be useful to explain your score better.
Examples: Concentration 3-5 means your level was ok in the first set, but as the match went on it became really really good. Confidence 4 means you felt confident with your game for the whole match. Playing level 3-4 means you started the match playing well, and then got better as the match went on and played very well.
Nerves:
5 – I felt totally relaxed, minimal or no nerves, and happy about playing
4 – I felt a bit nervous on important points, but it didn’t affect my play
3 – I felt a bit nervous the whole time, but it mostly didn’t affect my play
2 – I felt a bit nervous on important points, and it did affect my play
1 – I felt quite nervous the whole time, and it did affect my play quite a bit
0 – I felt really nervous most/all of the time, and it really affected my play
5 – I was fully focused the whole time
4 – I was fully focused most of the time, except for a few dips
3 – My focus was good, but rarely did I feel fully focused
2 – My focus was ok, but didn't ever feel fully focused
1 – I struggled with focus and concentration most of the time
0 – I was very distracted, and couldn’t focus at all on the match
Confidence (how confident did I feel out there?):
5 – Very confident
4 – Confident
3 – Somewhat confident
2 – Not that confident
1 – Unconfident
0 – Very unconfident
Playing Level:
5 – I played amazing, my best or very near my best
4 – I played very well, and was very pleased with how I played
3 – I played well, and was overall satisfied
2 – I played ok, but know I can play quite a bit better
1 – I didn’t play well, I was struggling with my game
0 – I played some of my worst tennis, really bad
How I felt out there:
5 – I absolutely loved playing this match, and I felt amazing
4 – I really enjoyed the match, and I felt very good
3 – I enjoyed the match, and I felt good
2 – I didn’t enjoy the match, and I didn’t feel good
1 – I really didn’t enjoy the match, and I felt pretty bad
0 – I hate tennis, and I never want to play another match in my life
Please write down the score, venue, age group, grade, and round.
For example: Won 4-2 4-3 (7-4), Sutton, U14, G3, Consolation Final
For subsequent rounds at the same tournament, just write the score.
You can include interesting facts like:
Did one player have match points and not win?
How you were feeling about the match in the morning or the day before?
Did someone lose a big lead?
Was there an injury to either player?
Were conditions particularly unusual?
Anything else that you feel is worth writing down, that will give a better understanding of how the match went and/or how you felt about it?
If there were no interesting facts, you can leave this section blank.
Write a little bit about how the current TRICT tools helped you or didn't help you?
Current tools (you need to be logged in to view them in detail):
Did you have any problems in the match that the tools didn't help you with? What were they, and what (if anything) did you try and do to solve those problems?

The easiest way to do this is to use the online form in the section below. If you are a junior player, please either fill this out with your parents present, or with their permission if you wish to do it by yourself.
Let's split this into two parts, concentration during a point, and concentration in between points.
DURING THE POINT: There is literally only one thing to concentrate on, and that is the ball! Focus on that ball with everything you got, and really focus on it on all your shots. Tactical decisions will go on in the background, and be made before you hit the ball, so this really is purely about concentrating on the ball.
IN BETWEEN POINTS: This is where concentration takes on a different role, which is all about managing to keep yourself in the present moment (no time travelling), and to be clear on your basic tactics. Relaxation and breathing will help you manage this time too.
Firstly, saying 'I'm going to win!' (whether you believe it or not), is not confidence, it's stupidity because you're focusing on something you have no control over (the result)!
So, let's also split this into two parts, confidence during a point, and confidence in between points.
DURING THE POINT: This is simply about how you are hitting the ball. Are you hitting it strong, transferring your body weight forwards, and accelerating your racket through it? Do you have belief that you will make the shot you are attempting?
You can also judge it in these ways: Is the pace you are hitting your normal pace, or is it weaker than normal? Where do errors land? In the net can suggest you didn't hit the shot confidently.
The more confident you're feeling, the more you'll be hitting with purpose and belief. The less confident you're feeling, the more likely you'll be being too careful with your shots, and perhaps missing some easier balls.
IN BETWEEN POINTS: This is purely about your mindset. Do you believe you can play well throughout the match, and on the important points, and do you believe it's totally possible for you to win the match?
